1. No government affiliation
planconnectionus.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or any state or federal agency. We are a private, for-profit advertising business. Nothing on this website is an official government communication, and no government agency has reviewed, approved, or endorsed its content.
2. We are not an insurance company or agency
We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance producer, broker of record, or healthcare provider. We do not sell, underwrite, issue, price, administer, or service insurance policies, and we do not determine anyone's eligibility for any plan, benefit, subsidy, or program. We connect interested consumers with independent licensed third parties who are solely responsible for their own licensing, representations, conduct, and compliance.
3. Advertising and affiliate compensation
This website is operated for advertising purposes and constitutes a solicitation for insurance. We are compensated by third-party advertisers, licensed insurance agents and agencies, insurers, and marketing partners — including on a per-click, per-lead, per-call, or per-sale basis — when you interact with links, forms, or phone numbers on our properties.
This compensation may influence which partners, products, or offers appear on our pages and how prominently they are displayed. 4. Medicare disclosures
Plans may be insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in a plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), to get information on all of your options. These official resources are free.
Medicare Supplement insurance is available to individuals age 65 or older who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, and in some states to individuals under age 65 who are eligible for Medicare due to disability or end-stage renal disease. Medicare Supplement plans are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. Enrollment in Medicare or Medicare Advantage may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
Options presented through our advertising may include products other than Medicare plans — for example major medical plans, short-term plans, health sharing arrangements, discount cards, and fixed indemnity plans. Products other than comprehensive major medical coverage may not qualify as minimum essential coverage and may not cover pre-existing conditions.
