Contact Us

We handle all inquiries by email. We do not operate a consumer call center, and we cannot quote, sell, change, or cancel any insurance policy.
General, privacy, and legal inquiries
Email: contact@planconnectionus.com
Midas Digital Marketing LLC, operator of Plan Connection US
We aim to respond to general inquiries within 10 business days. Privacy rights requests are handled on the timelines described in our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice.
Opting out of marketing contact
To stop marketing communications from us, email contact@planconnectionus.com with the subject line OPT OUT and include the phone number and email address you want removed. You may also reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell a caller that you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.
Because our advertising connects consumers with independent third parties, an opt-out sent to us does not automatically opt you out of communications from a company you contacted separately. You may need to contact that company directly. You can also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
Privacy rights requests
To exercise a privacy right — such as a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — email contact@planconnectionus.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST. Tell us which right you are exercising and provide enough information for us to locate your records and verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
What we cannot help with
- Questions about your Medicare coverage, enrollment, or benefits. Contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
- Questions about a policy you already hold. Contact your insurance carrier or the licensed agent who sold you the policy, using the phone number on your member ID card or policy documents.
- Medical emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified licensed professional.
Reporting suspected fraud
If you believe someone has misused the Plan Connection US name, or you suspect Medicare fraud, you can report it to 1-800-MEDICARE, to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General at oig.hhs.gov, or to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Please also let us know at contact@planconnectionus.com.
